В последнее время происходит увеличение количества многотопливных автозаправочных комплек сов (станций), которые предполагают обслуживание и заправку транспортных средств клиентов различными видами моторного топлива. Автозаправочные комплексы (станции) представляют опасность, так как на данных объектах располагаются резервуары c пожароопасным автомобильным топливом, а также оборудование под давлением, в котором находятся взрывоопасные газы. В целях принятия мер по устранению условий возникновения аварий на автозаправочных комплексах необходим сбор и анализ причин возникновения данных происшествий.</p><p>Цель работы состоит в проведении статистического анализа аварий на автозаправочных станциях (комплексах) для выявления закономерностей возникновения аварий. Аналитическая часть. В работе приведена статистика аварий (пожаров) на автозаправочных комплексах, многотопливных автозаправочных станциях и автомобильных газозаправочных станциях, произошедших на территории Российской Федерации за 10 лет в период с 2012 по 2021 гг., согласно данным, предоставленным Главным управлением «Национальный центр управления в кризисных ситуациях» МЧС России. Приведен анализ возникновения аварий на автозаправочных комплексах с разбивкой по субъектам Российской Федерации. Указаны причины возникновения пожаров, подробно рассмотрены источники зажигания, места возникновения пожаров, расположение объектов. Рассмотрены пожары на автозаправочных станциях с учетом категорирования данных объектов на основании Постановления Правительства «О применении риск-ориентированного подхода при организации отдельных видов государственного контроля (надзора)».</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Статистика, представленная в данной работе, может быть использована в научных работах, связанных с исследованием пожарной опасности автозаправочных комплексов, многотопливных автозаправочных станций и автомобильных газозаправочных станций.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The number of accidents at gas stations has increased lately. Gas stations provide maintenance and fueling services. Gas stations are dangerous because they store fire hazardous automobile fuel, as well as equipment under pressure that may contain explosive gases. For safety reasons, it is necessary to analyze the causes of these accidents. The purpose of the work is to conduct a statistical analysis of accidents at gas stations to identify patterns of accidents.</p></sec><sec><title>Analysis</title><p>Analysis. The article presents the statistics of accidents at service gas stations in the Russian Federation for 10 years from 2012 to 2021. The data is provided by the National Crisis Management Centre of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (Emercom of Russia). The analysis of accidents at gas stations is broken down by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Causes of fires are indicated; ignition sources are considered, locations of fires and facilities are listed. Fires at gas stations were considered taking into account the categorization of objects in accordance with government decree “On Application of a Risk-Oriented Approach to Organization of Certain Types of State Control (Supervision)”.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
